Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Satisfy your pumpkin craving and nourish your body with this pumpkin pie smoothie. It's the perfect healthy treat for fall!

- 2 bananas frozen
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt Greek, dairy free, etc.
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1-2 tbsp honey (omit if using sweetened yogurt)
Optional add-ins
- ground flax seed
- chia seeds
- vanilla protein powder
Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend on high til everything is combined and smooth!
Top with whipped cream/dairy free whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve. Enjoy!
