Satisfy your pumpkin craving and nourish your body with this pumpkin pie smoothie. It's the perfect healthy treat for fall!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Greek, dairy free, etc.
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1-2 tbsp honey (omit if using sweetened yogurt)

Optional add-ins

  • ground flax seed
  • chia seeds
  • vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend on high til everything is combined and smooth!
  • Top with whipped cream/dairy free whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve. Enjoy!
